Steel round bar refers to solid strip steel with circular cross section. It is divided into hot rolling, forging and cold drawing. The specification of hot rolled steel round bar is 5.5-250mm. Among them, 5.5-25 mm small steel round bar is mostly
supplied in bundles of straight bars, which are often used as steel bars, bolts and various mechanical parts; steel round bar larger than 25mm is mainly used for manufacturing mechanical parts or seamless steel tube blanks.
Differences
The differences between steel round bar and other reinforcing bars are as follows:
(1) The steel round bar is round in appearance, without lines and ribs, and other reinforcing bars have engraved lines or ribs on their surface, which results in small adhesion between steel round bar and concrete,
while other reinforcing bars have large adhesion with concrete
(2)The composition is different. steel round bar (grade I steel) belongs to ordinary low carbon steel, while other steel bars are mostly alloy steel. 3. The strength is different. steel round bar has low strength, while
other steels have high strength, that is, steel round bar with the same diameter can bear less tensile force than other steel bars, but its plasticity is stronger than other steel bars, that is, steel round bar has larger
deformation before being pulled off, while other steel bars have much smaller deformation before being pulled off.
Stable delivery time
If products is stock , about 7-10days can delivery after received deposit.
If custom products , 100tons about 20-25days , exceed 100tons within 300tons about 40-50days , exceed 300tons, within 60days .
